This inner fender mount is intended for use if aluminium front shock towers have been installed, which necessitates cutting the original mounting holes for the inner fender. The mount is positioned under the screw used for mounting the bumper mount. The opposite end of the mount uses an M2 screw to bolt directly into the fender. The author notes that this requires reaming or drilling a 1.5mm or 2.0mm hole on either side of the inner fender. If mounting a battery in the front on the inner fender, the author recommends using an M2 lock nut. To further secure the inner fender, the author highly recommends drilling four 2.0mm holes through the rear part of the front inner fenders into the overlapping side inner fenders, securing them with four M2x10mm screws and M2 lock nuts, using spacers if necessary.

TRX4 custom ESC mount

An ESC mount designed to be bolted onto the inner fender of the TRX4. The hole spacing matches the XL-5, allowing the ESC to be mounted in the same location to maintain weight bias. The author states that 2x M3x10mm countersunk screws are required to bolt the mount onto the inner fender. The ESC is to be secured to the mounting plate using hot glue or a zip tie.
