Vista de Satsana Duct (Ender 3) for Nebula bracket + CR Touch + G sensor

Satsana Duct (Ender 3) for Nebula bracket + CR Touch + G sensor

Satsana Duct (Ender3) for Nebula bracket + CR Touch + G sensor Purpose This model is a remix of the original Satsana duct designed specifically for the Ender 3. It is modified to accommodate a CR Touch holder that integrates the vibration sensor from the Nebula Pad. By keeping the CR Touch in its original position, this design eliminates the need to manually set X or Y offsets. Practical Uses This duct is intended for users upgrading an Ender 3 with a Nebula bracket, allowing for the simultaneous use of a CR Touch and a vibration sensor while maintaining standard probe positioning. Included Parts - Satsana_CR_Touch_remix_mymod_v2.stl Printing and Assembly Guidance According to the author, the same printing settings used for the original Satsana model can be applied here. However, small supports are required in specific areas: where the screw is located and where the CR Touch piece is held.

Vista de CR10 MAX CR touch bracket spacer

CR10 MAX CR touch bracket spacer

This model is a spacer designed to facilitate the installation of a CR Touch sensor when upgrading from a BL Touch sensor on a CR10 MAX. Because the CR Touch sensor is taller than the original BL Touch, this spacer allows for compatibility when the original bracket is flipped upside down, avoiding the need for a completely new bracket. Practical uses include upgrading existing CR10 MAX hardware from BL Touch to CR Touch sensors. Included parts: - cr 10 max bracket.stl Printing and assembly guidance: Printing time is approximately 20 minutes. The author recommends printing this part out of PETG due to its proximity to the hot end. To install, the original bracket must be flipped upside down and this spacer added to accommodate the height of the CR Touch sensor.

Vista de Upgrades for "A6M2 Zero" by 3DLabPrint

Upgrades for "A6M2 Zero" by 3DLabPrint

Upgrades for "A6M2 Zero" by 3DLabPrint Purpose This set provides functional upgrades for the A6M2 Zero model aircraft to improve durability and usability. The components aim to protect internal electronics during collisions and landings, and to provide a more reliable method for securing the battery. Practical Uses - Battery Protector: Prevents the battery from sliding into and hitting the motor shaft during a collision by providing a wide, flat surface. - Battery Holder: Replaces the stock velcro opening to provide a more functional battery mounting solution. - Servo Protector: Protects the servo arm from hitting the ground during belly landings. Included Parts - battery-protector.3mf - A6M2 Batter Holder.3mf - A6M2-servo-protector.3mf Printing and Assembly Guidance - Battery Protector: Use PETG. Use regular slicing; do not use the thin wall method. - Battery Holder: Use PLA or PETG. This part is intended to replace the default opening, which must be cut away with a knife. Use regular slicing; do not use the thin wall method. - Servo Protector: Use LW-PLA. Important: Use 3DLabPrint’s thin wall slicing method for this part. For assembly, the author suggests using sticky tape rather than CA glue to allow for periodic replacement.

Vista de FMS PA-18 1300mm strut replacement

FMS PA-18 1300mm strut replacement

Purpose: These components are designed to replace the plastic wing struts on the FMS PA-18 1300mm Super Cub with carbon fibre rods. The author notes the design is not perfect, as the front strut is swept forwards slightly, causing a small bend in the strut. Practical Uses: Replacing weak plastic struts with carbon fibre to improve the model's structure. Included Parts: - Fuselage 4mm.stl - Wing 4mm.stl - Fuselage 3mm.stl - Wing 3mm.stl Printing/Assembly Guidance: Printing: Use a material with good layer adhesion such as Nylon (the author used Taulman PCTPE), ABS, or ASA. Do not use PLA. Print with supports and good tolerances. Assembly: 1. Cut carbon fibre rods (4mm or 3mm, at least 350mm each) to an approximate length. 2. Test-fit the rods into the fuselage pieces. 3. Glue struts into the fuselage piece using CA (super/krazy glue). Warning: CA bonds almost instantly and permanently. 4. Install the fuselage piece and trim the struts to the correct length. Use the wing pieces to verify the length, which is approximately 330-345mm. 5. Glue the wing pieces, ensuring correct orientation. Note that CA will bond instantly.
