A servo arm for a 25kg servo on the FTX Ravine. The author notes the servo is located on the front of the Ravine and has been flipped, resulting in a shorter servo arm. The arm stands off from the steering arm to allow for a full range of motion.
These mounts raise ground clearance by approximately 10mm and allow for maximum axle articulation on both sides (more than 90 degrees). The author states they should also work on Danchee Ridgerock and Pirate Swinger. Printing instructions: 0.1 layers, 100% infill, 220C for the filament, 70C for the first layer, and 50C for the rest. The author used supports everywhere and a raft, noting it involved significant cleaning. Technical details: The lower holes are 3.3mm and the top holes for the damper swivel are 2.1mm. The author notes that stock damper swivels require a 2.5mm screw. The author suggests that longer screws are needed for the lower holes, suggesting 2.5 x 20mm self-tapping screws. The author cautions that PLA is more brittle than original injection moulded plastic and advises care when screwing into the top holes. To install, the author notes you will need to remove the wheels and steering pivot screws to replace the lower ones more easily.
