3DSets Van Warn Winch Bumper
Purpose
This custom front bumper is designed for 3Dsets Model 14 “Long Max” and Model 15 expedition vehicles. It aims to provide an off-road aesthetic inspired by heavy-gauge sheet metal bumpers for period cars, while adding functional winch capability.
Practical Uses
The bumper is designed to hold a winch that fits between the front frame members, such as a finished model mimicking a Warn Zeon that utilizes a small geared DC motor. It also features a mounting point for the original 3Dsets license plate or a custom plate of the same shape.

Assembly and Requirements
Assembly requires 8x M2x16mm bolts. The author suggests purchasing scale shackles rather than printing them for better durability. While the bumper includes mounting holes for headlights, the user must measure and drill the outer mounting points for turn signals if they wish to replicate the author's specific look. Add-on lights are not included. The author noted that while the extended frame members can be swapped onto a finished van, the process is easier if no electronics are installed in the engine bay.
