Description
Rim for Crawler Tires for 1/10 RCar
Purpose
Designed as part of the "Moster Tarmo" project, these rims are intended for use with crawler tires on a Tarmo5 vehicle. They serve as the interface between the crawler tires and the vehicle chassis.
Practical Uses
These rims are specifically designed to accommodate crawler tires, such as those found on Amazon (link provided in source). The author notes that for optimal performance in these new use cases, the vehicle should utilize higher gear ratios (e.g., 10:1) to prevent motor strain. To ensure the tires remain secure during cornering, the author recommends gluing the tire to the rim.
Included Parts
The model includes two files:
- inner.stl
- outter.stl
Note: The author requests community assistance in identifying if these rims follow a specific standard to help other users fit them to different tires.

The car will handle okay but the gears need to be a higher ratio ( 10:1 for example ) so the motor is not forced for its new use cases. Those modifications are coming up in the future. </p>
