Configurable Belt Drive for First Stage of Transmission - 1/10 RC Drift
Pulleys for converting an RC drift car to have a belt drive first-stage. The author notes that using a belt drive first stage in place of gears will reverse the rotation of the wheels, requiring either swapping gears in the transmission or reprogramming the ESC to correct this. The pulley profiles are HTD 3mm, though the author recommends using them with S3M belts for less friction. The author reports testing that there is no noticeable difference in how the profiles print. A 50T belt is suggested as a good starting point for 15T/40T on the pulleys. Pinion Notes: The pinion is configurable from 14-20T and is meant to press onto a 14T/48P Pinion gear.
