Reduction Gears for Robak 2
Purpose This modification provides a 19:1 gear reduction for the Robak 2, designed to increase torque while reducing top speed. This setup aims to improve acceleration, climbing capacity, and energy efficiency at low speeds, while reducing motor startup hesitation in sensorless configurations. Practical Uses The gear set is intended for use in the Robak 2 to enhance low-speed performance and climbing capabilities. Included Parts - Sleeve.stl - MotorPlate.stl - Gear1_13T.stl - Gear2_31T.stl - Gear3_14T.stl - Gear4_38T.stl - TopDeckR.stl Assembly Guidance Users must print the updated version of the TopDeck rear. Assembly requires removing a thin piece of plastic from the Chassis using pliers. Required hardware includes various M3 and M4 screws, nuts, a brass standoff, and specific bearings (3x 15x10x4mm and 2x 10x5x4mm).
