Published description
Whisbang is a whistling accessory for RC activities. Its hollow body and openings are intended to produce sound as it moves through the air; it has no explosive function.
POSSIBLE USES
- Add an acoustic effect to a controlled RC demonstration.
- Explore airflow and resonant cavities in a hobby model.
INCLUDED FILES
- The supplied STL geometry.
- The accompanying PDF document.
GENERAL PRINTING SUGGESTIONS
PLA is a straightforward material for an initial trial. Consider PETG, ASA or another material only when the intended environment requires different heat resistance, outdoor durability or toughness. A 0.20 mm layer height is a general starting point; a finer layer may improve surface detail. Choose a stable printing face and inspect overhangs, bridges and support requirements in the slicer. Print a sample or fit test before making multiple copies.
CHECK BEFORE USE
Do not add pyrotechnics or explosive loads. Avoid dropping or launching the accessory toward people, animals or property, and follow the rules of the RC flying field. The imported listing indicates FDM with PLA or PETG; these general suggestions must be checked against the actual model, printer and slicer profile.
IMAGE PRESENTATION
The cover is an original AI-assisted MESHOPIA illustration based on the supplied geometry, showing a proposed finish during workshop inspection. It is not evidence of a manufactured, fitted or tested part. Tools and surrounding objects illustrate context and are not included.
Manufacturing & assembly notes
General suggestions, not tested by MESHOPIA. Check orientation, bridges and overhangs in the slicer and enable supports only where needed. Suggested initial settings: 0.40 mm nozzle, 0.20 mm layers, 3 perimeters and 15–20% infill. Match temperatures, adhesion, cooling and speed to the actual PLA or PETG profile and printer. These are starting points to verify in the slicer, not documented print results. No medical, structural, food-contact or safety properties are claimed without specific documentation.
Declared changes from the original
Original geometry and source author retained. Added an original MESHOPIA cover generated locally from the supplied geometry, showing workshop inspection with a lower-left orange MESHOPIA watermark.
