Published description
Purpose: These wheel spacers are designed for the DKS PRO by Dukedoks to allow for the use of different tire dimensions. They prevent suspension arms from hitting the wheel during rotation.
Practical Uses: Use these spacers when installing larger or commercial tires that cause interference with the vehicle's suspension arms.
Included Parts:
- SEPARADOR 1mm.stl
- SEPARADOR 2mm.stl
- SEPARADOR 3mm.stl
- SEPARADOR 4mm.stl
- SEPARADOR 5,5mm.stl
Printing/Assembly Guidance: The author printed these using PLA with 100% perimeters. When assembling, the screw length must be adjusted to reach the nut inside the hub based on the spacer thickness:
- 1mm: M3x16mm
- 2mm: M3x18mm
- 3mm: M3x18mm
- 4mm: M3x20mm
- 5.5mm: M3x25mm
Manufacturing & assembly notes
The author relates 1 mm to M3 × 16 screw, 2 and 3 mm to M3 × 18, 4 mm to M3 × 20, and 5.5 mm to M3 × 25. Check that the chosen length reaches the nut without bottoming out. Use PLA and perimeters until the section is filled. Before riding, rotate and articulate each wheel to confirm that the rubbing disappears without creating another point of contact.
