Creality CR Falcon Laser Engraver Cutter 25mm Modular Riser
Purpose
This modular riser is designed to increase the height of the Creality CR Falcon laser engraver/cutter. Each unit provides a 25mm height increase, and the parts are designed to be stackable to achieve higher elevations.
Practical Uses
These risers allow users to raise the machine without requiring hardware or modifications to the original device. They fit directly over the machine's existing rubber feet and are designed to fit together securely to maintain stability.
Included Parts
- Creality CR Falcon Riser v1.0.stl
- Creality CR Falcon 25mm Riser_v1.0.3mf
Printing and Assembly Guidance
The author reports successful printing using PLA with 15% infill on a K1C printer. To ensure tight tolerance mating surfaces are not compromised by support structures, it is suggested to print the part on its non-mating edge. The author recommends using a glue stick and suggests adding a brim to the supplied file to improve print success. For installation, simply slip the part over the machine's rubber feet; additional units can be added to the stack to increase height further.

<p>Thought this was so simple someone had made it already… looked, nope. <strong>This is the ONLY part you need</strong> to print to raise the CR Falcon: No hardware, no base, nothing but this one thing to print as many times as you want and stack them. </p><p>They fit perfectly on the machine with no modification to the machine at all, fit perfectly with each other, are stable, and increase height by 25mm from the first one to the last.</p><p><strong>Printing Process:</strong> Using PLA, a 15% infill, and a K1C, : I printed on the non-mating edge to prevent supports from interfering with tight tolerance mating surfaces. USE GLUE STICK and maybe even add a brim to my supplied file(I had one fail to print). If you find a better way to print these, please share, especially if you can print 16 of them at one time. They were designed to use as little filament as needed to get the job done well.</p><p><strong>Installation:</strong> Slip it over the rubber feet. Add more to the stack if you want it higher.</p><p>Releasing under public domain as usual. This is not being done for recognition, but to assist others.</p>
