Model information
Description
Purpose: This single wall box test cube is designed to calibrate the flow rate for the CR-30 print mill or other print mills. 1.
Practical Uses: The cube is used to determine an ideal flow rate by measuring the thickness of a single printed wall with calipers. To calculate the new flow rate, divide the nozzle width by the measured thickness and multiply the result by the current flow rate.
Printing Guidance: Use the layer height you are targeting. Set the shell count to 1, top layers to 0, and infill to 0. This ensures the cube prints with a single outer layer for measurement.
Included Files
- 45deg single_wall_box rotated.stl
