A custom 3D-printed enclosure for the ACWebRemote project, an open-source ESP32-based WiFi IR blaster. The case is intended for an ESP32 development board (30-pin layout, Micro-USB) with dual front-facing IR LEDs. It features a wall-mountable design with a USB cable opening at the bottom. Print settings: - Printer: FDM/FFF (tested on Bambu Lab A1) - Filament: The author recommends PLA (any color) - Layer height: 0.2 mm - Infill: 15–20% - Supports: No - Orientation: Face down Assembly: Insert the ESP32 board with soldered IR LEDs into the enclosure. Route the USB cable through the bottom opening.
