Vista de Universal AC Web Remote Case

Universal AC Web Remote Case

Universal AC Web Remote Case Purpose This custom 3D-printed enclosure is designed for the ACWebRemote project, an open-source ESP32-based WiFi IR blaster. It provides a neat, sturdy, and minimalist housing to transform an ESP32 development board into a reliable Wi-Fi-powered universal remote for air conditioners. Practical Uses Designed for wall-mounting or shelf placement, the case is intended to house a device that controls various AC brands (including Carrier, Daikin, Fujitsu, Gree, Hitachi, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Samsung, and others) via a browser or Home Assistant integration. The design supports dual front-facing IR LEDs to provide wide coverage. Included Parts The model includes files for the enclosure components: esp32_slim_top_2.stl, esp32_slim_bottom.stl, and esp32_slim_top.stl. Printing and Assembly Guidance Printing is intended for FDM/FFF printers (tested on Bambu Lab A1) using PLA filament. Recommended settings include a 0.2 mm layer height, 15–20% infill, and printing in a face-down orientation without supports. To assemble, insert the ESP32 development board (30-pin layout, Micro-USB) with soldered IR LEDs into the enclosure. Route the USB cable through the opening located at the bottom for power connection.

Vista de Basic RC Chassis with Open Electronics Box - STL

Basic RC Chassis with Open Electronics Box - STL

Build on a simple RC chassis concept with this supplied prototype mesh. The actual STL has a broad rectangular base, an open square electronics enclosure with a narrow front slot, side panels with mounting holes and open motor-support features near the corners. The supplied installation photograph shows motors, yellow wheels and wiring fitted to a printed chassis; those external components are not included in the STL. The original Prototype2 mesh is preserved and renamed 01-basic-rc-chassis-electronics-box.stl. The source layout is retained. This download does not include wheels, motors, batteries, control electronics, wires or fasteners. Inspect the mesh for separate components and decide how to prepare the individual parts in your slicer. No vehicle scale, verified electronics fit or tested print profile is supplied. Check mounting-hole positions, motor dimensions, enclosure space and clearances against your own hardware before printing. MESHOPIA has not tested assembly, driving performance or strength. The current cover is an original AI-assisted MESHOPIA photorealistic illustration of the supplied model or its components in a hobby-workshop use or finishing scene. It illustrates a proposed finish and does not document a manufactured, printed, assembled or tested prototype. Consult the downloadable source files for the geometry and included components.

Vista de Two-Post RC Car Lift Components - Eleven STL Parts and Original Fusion CAD

Two-Post RC Car Lift Components - Eleven STL Parts and Original Fusion CAD

A small two-post RC car lift project supplied as eleven original STL meshes and one original Fusion 360 F3D project. The source folder names the project as a motorized lift for 1:10 RC cars; the scale and powered operation have not been verified by MESHOPIA. The inspected STL geometry includes a tall slotted post with a wider foot, a post cap, a carriage-like lift block with forked mounting tabs and hexagonal recesses, a long narrow lifting arm, a shorter forked arm, an alternative forked lift arm, an alternative circular arm pad, a connecting bottom base, a small motor-mount plate, and an electronics enclosure with a separate thin door. These enclosure and motor-mount parts belong to the lift project. The editable F3D source is included unchanged; its internal CAD history has not been inspected. This inferred static arrangement is not a validated assembly guide, and shown copies do not represent additional unique download files. No RC cars, motors, threaded drive rods, bearings, wiring, controller, fasteners or other physical hardware are included. Hardware sizes, electrical connections, mechanical travel, vehicle clearances and safe load capacity have not been established. Do not treat the promotional image as evidence of powered operation or load testing. Inspect the original CAD and each mesh before printing, determine required quantities, check matching holes and recesses, and plan the external hardware independently. No verified material, infill, support strategy, torque settings or assembly instructions are supplied. MESHOPIA has not tested printing, assembly or lifting performance.
