Losi Mini_B_T 2.0 Spur Gear Motor Cover Purpose These designs are intended to prevent wires from becoming an inclusion in the gears. They allow for inspection and access to the spur differential nut and motor mess screws without requiring the alteration, cutting, or destruction of the original injection molded black gear cover. Practical Uses Users can replace the stock injection molded black gear cover (which weighs 5.5 grams) with either Version 1 (0.9 grams) or Version 2 (1.5 grams) to change weight distribution bias. These covers provide access to the spur, pinion gears, motor mount, and differential screw(s). Included Parts - Losi Mini_B_T 2.0 Spur Gear Motor Cover V1.stl (Minimal design) - Losi Mini_B_T 2.0 Spur Gear Motor Cover V2.stl (Includes pinion gear shroud) Printing and Assembly Guidance Printing should be done with 100% infill and the maximum number of walls possible based on the nozzle diameter. For these small items, a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer heights are preferred. Version 2 requires removable printing supports. Assembly utilizes the two original motor cover screws.
