CR-6 SE 5015 Filament Gear Fan Purpose This model is designed to add a 5015 fan to the filament gear assembly. The author implemented this modification to prevent filament from becoming too warm during the printing of small objects, which previously resulted in the filament being crushed by the gearbox. Practical Uses According to the author, this add-on improved the performance of the CR-6 SE printer by regulating the temperature of the filament within the gear mechanism.
