A work in progress design for the Xpress Execute FT1S. The author designed this bumper to arch out to provide more side protection than the original. The author notes that a future design may be a complete bumper where the fan mount is removed. V2 is a design that covers the whole front. The author reports the model is made in TPE with 85A flex. Printing instructions: Wall line count: 5 TOP/BOTTOM layer: None Infill: 40% Infill Pattern: Tri-Hexagon (Or honeycomb if you have Prusa slicer)
