Protective cover for DC Binding Posts
The author provides TPU covers designed to pressure-fit over two bare, uninsulated M8 bolts and nuts located on the backside of DC binding posts inside an ammo box battery pack. The author reports printing these on a Prusa original Mini using Sunlu TPU filament at 240°C, 60°C bed, 20 mm/s, 0.2 layers, and 10% gyroid infill.
