Description
Purpose: This is a work in progress design for the Xpress Execute FT1S intended to provide more side protection than the original. 1. Practical Uses: The bumper arches out to offer increased protection to the sides of the vehicle. 2. Included Parts: bumper.stl, bumper V2.stl. 3. Printing/Assembly Guidance: The author reports the model is made in TPE with 85A flex. Recommended settings include a wall line count of 5, no top or bottom layers, 40% infill, and a Tri-Hexagon or honeycomb infill pattern.

<p>This is a work in progress. There arent any real bumpers for the Execute FT1S so I designed this. I made it arch out to protect a bit mor to the sides as original had none protection. I will update this design an make it better. A new design on this one may be a complete bumper where the fan mount will be removed.</p><p> </p><p>Modell is done in TPE with 85A flex</p><p>Wall line count: 5</p><p>TOP/BOTTOM layer: None</p><p>Infill: 40%</p><p>Infill Pattern: Tri-Hexagon (Or honeycomb if you have Prusa slicer)</p><p> </p><p>V2 is up!
