RC Truck/Car Body Pins Tether
Purpose
These tethers are designed to prevent the loss of body clips during RC vehicle rollovers. They serve as a safety measure to keep clips attached to the vehicle even if they are dislodged.
Practical Uses
To use these tethers, create a small hole in the RC body where the tether is needed. The tether is then inserted into the hole. The author recommends making the hole a couple of sizes smaller than the nub that passes through the body to ensure a tight fit and prevent the tether from pulling out.

Printing/Assembly Guidance
As per the author, ensure the hole drilled in the RC body is slightly smaller than the tether's nub to maintain a secure connection. The author suggests using TPU filament for these parts.

<p>I grew tired of losing body clips after a roll over and I knew these tethers already existed, but I didn't know where to buy them. Therefore, I made my own using TPU filament. Simply make a small hole in the body of the RC that you want to use the tether on and just pop the tether in that hole. Be sure to make the hole a couple sizes smaller than the nub that goes through the body to ensure a tight fit and so it doesn't pull out of the body. I've made several sets for my RC's that don't already have them and they work great. Enjoy the model.</p>
