Published description
Build a detailed 1:14 scale 20 ft dry van container for an RC yard, loading dock or transport display. The MESHOPIA 22G1 kit combines corrugated walls and roof, recessed rear doors, slim corner posts, forklift pockets and separate door hardware.
Digital files only. No printed parts, adhesive, metal stock, trailer, truck or twistlocks are included. R04 has documented digital checks but has not yet been physically printed, assembled or tested. Images are renders of the model.
SCALE AND DIMENSIONS
- Scale: 1:14.
- Nominal outside size: 432.714 × 174.143 × 185.071 mm (L × W × H).
- Full-size reference envelope: 6,058 × 2,438 × 2,591 mm.
- Lower corner opening centre spacing: 418.071 × 161.357 mm.
FEATURES
Two rear doors open on four hinges per leaf. The latch cores include handles and end cams; removable metal pins and retaining collars complete the hardware. Internal locating pegs, bonded overlaps and reinforcement keep assembly joints hidden without screws. Corrugations continue across the side-panel joint, which is placed in a trough and backed internally. Four forklift-pocket mouths are modelled through the lower side panels. Optional EVERGREEN side lettering and MESHOPIA markings are supplied as artwork; the printed walls remain smooth for your own finish.
FILES AND ASSEMBLY
The archive includes 31 unique production STL files for 65 printed components, plus calibration cubes and a latch-rod forming template. It also contains an editable Blender project, English assembly manual, part keys and hardware BOMs, print documentation, dimensions and decal artwork. Assemble and dry-fit the base, floor, sides, roof and doors in the documented order; supply appropriate pins, sleeves, wire and adhesive yourself.
Check nominal dimensions and clearances after printing. Compatibility with commercial chassis, twistlocks or RC systems is not established. Forklift-pocket or latch strength has not been physically tested; no lifting, payload or stacking rating is claimed.
