Ender 3 S1 Sprite Extruder CR Touch Adjustable Zero Y Offset Mount
Purpose
This model is an adjustable mount designed to achieve a perfect zero offset for the CR Touch. It was created to address inaccuracies in printer calibration and to provide a more convenient solution than repeatedly disassembling the extruder from the carriage.
Practical Uses
It is used on the Ender 3 S1 with a Sprite Extruder to allow for fine-tuning the Y offset of the CR Touch. To assist with alignment, the designer recommends printing a small circle (such as a resized cylinder from Cura) in the center of the print bed to serve as a guide for lining up the sensor.
