Model information
Description
A modular riser for the Creality CR Falcon. These parts fit over the machine's rubber feet to increase height by 25mm per unit when stacked. The author states they fit the machine with no modification and fit together.
Printing Process: The author reports using PLA with 15% infill on a K1C. The author suggests printing on the non-mating edge to prevent supports from interfering with tight tolerance mating surfaces. The author recommends using a glue stick and suggests adding a brim to the supplied file.
Installation: Slip the part over the rubber feet. Add more to the stack to increase height.

<p>Thought this was so simple someone had made it already… looked, nope. <strong>This is the ONLY part you need</strong> to print to raise the CR Falcon: No hardware, no base, nothing but this one thing to print as many times as you want and stack them. </p><p>They fit perfectly on the machine with no modification to the machine at all, fit perfectly with each other, are stable, and increase height by 25mm from the first one to the last.</p><p><strong>Printing Process:</strong> Using PLA, a 15% infill, and a K1C, : I printed on the non-mating edge to prevent supports from interfering with tight tolerance mating surfaces. USE GLUE STICK and maybe even add a brim to my supplied file(I had one fail to print). If you find a better way to print these, please share, especially if you can print 16 of them at one time. They were designed to use as little filament as needed to get the job done well.</p><p><strong>Installation:</strong> Slip it over the rubber feet. Add more to the stack if you want it higher.</p><p>Releasing under public domain as usual. This is not being done for recognition, but to assist others.</p>
