The Apex-Link is a DIY remote controller designed for low-latency robotics and RC vehicle control, built around the ESP32. The transmitter features dual-stick precision, a rotary encoder for menu navigation, and a 16x2 LCD for real-time telemetry and battery monitoring. It is powered by a 2S Li-ion battery with an integrated step-down converter. The author suggests the following print and build tips: Print the shell with 3-4 perimeters to ensure the screw holes for the joysticks do not strip. The main body may require "Tree Supports" for the joystick cutouts. For wiring, the author recommends using a small piece of protoboard to centralize the Ground and VCC rails for the joysticks and LCD.
