Vista de Montura doble en V para antenas FPV sobre gimbal RC

Double V-mount for FPV antennas over RC gimbal

This mount gathers two FPV antennas in a symmetrical layout over the gimbal area of a radio-controlled aircraft. A central base holds two angled arms that incorporate channels and holders, ensuring that the antennas and their coaxials are kept away from the camera's path, propellers, and linkages. The cover image shows the complete piece installed on a generic fuselage, without reproducing aircraft markings or identifiable commercial components. The file contains only the printed mount; the two antennas, the gimbal, and the fuselage on the cover are generic accessories used to show position and scale. The V separates both radiating elements, while the central base concentrates the mounting, and the small side holders help organize the coaxials without replacing a proper secondary fastening for the actual equipment. The audited STL forms a single closed mesh of 4,068 triangles and approximately 71.19 × 11 × 41.27 mm. It is advisable to check the mounting, the diameter of the held elements, the minimum bend radius of the coaxials, and the entire range of motion of the gimbal. TPU absorbs vibration and facilitates fitting; PETG or ASA require additional tolerances and a flex test to prevent breakage. Possible uses. Place two FPV antennas with a symmetrical and repeatable separation. Guide coaxial cables away from the full path of a moving camera. Reduce loose wiring near propellers, servos, and linkages. Restore the same antenna position after maintenance tasks. Prototype a diversity installation on a compatible RC fuselage. Preparation and printing. Initially maintain the scale and measure the mounting base, the antennas, and the actual coaxials. Place the wider back face on the bed, leaving the V extended on the printing plane. Start with TPU 95A, 0.16–0.20 mm layers, four perimeters, and 20–35% gyroid infill. If using PETG or ASA, increase the clip clearance and check that the arms can flex without cracking. Avoid supports inside channels and holders; use only painted-on supports if a lip is genuinely unsupported. Print a short clip section to adjust the radial clearance between 0.15 and 0.25 mm according to the material. Add a small brim only if the long ends lift during the first layers. Deburr by hand, assemble without forcing, and perform a full vibration and range-of-motion test before flying. Limitations and checks. Antennas, coaxial cables, camera, gimbal, fasteners and fuselage are not included. Compatibility depends on the version, dimensions and mounting points of the actual equipment. Coverage, diversity, range and radio-frequency performance are not guaranteed. A tight bend or excessive pressure can damage a coaxial cable even when the part fits. Resistance to impacts, continuous vibration, heat or UV radiation has not been certified. Replace the part if cracks, whitening, loss of retention or contact with moving components appear. The local record retains only the accepted 3D files and a new Meshopia cover. The image is a photorealistic editorial interpretation based on the audited geometry: it shows the context of use, but does not replace measurements, the slicer preview, a physical fit test or the instructions for the associated equipment. Before manufacturing, check scale, units, orientation, supports, travel, material and operating environment. After printing, remove strings and burrs, check for cracks or weak layers, and discard any print that does not sit, fit or function stably.
