RatRig V-Core4 Funssor CNC XY Joiner modified stop - for post-installation
An X axis limit switch stop that can be inserted into the Funssor CNC XY joiner after the rails are already installed. The author notes that the Funssor CNC XY joiner is hollow where the X limit switch should hit a stop. This modification of @Brigandier's stop allows the insert to clear the rail and be tilted into place, then slid into the Funssor CNC XY joiner. The author states this can be removed and replaced later if damaged or if a change in materials or colors is desired. The STL contains 2 identical parts, as 2 are needed. Two versions are included: a PPA-CF version for materials with little to no shrink, and an ABS version where X and Y dimensions were increased by 2% to account for ABS shrink. The author suggests that after printing, it might be desirable to further tweak the X, Y scale in the slicer to get a perfect fit for the specific material used. Photos 1-4 show how to tip the block into place and insert the retaining flathead screw.
