Spacers designed to prevent certain commercial wheels from rubbing against the suspension arms of the DukeDoks DKS Pro. The source offers thicknesses of 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.5 mm. The fit depends on the wheel, the tire, and the actual configuration; adding spacing also modifies the wheel's position relative to the axle. Preparation, compatibility, and printing The author relates 1 mm to M3 × 16 screw, 2 and 3 mm to M3 × 18, 4 mm to M3 × 20, and 5.5 mm to M3 × 25. Check that the chosen length reaches the nut without bottoming out. Use PLA and perimeters until the section is filled. Before riding, rotate and articulate each wheel to confirm that the rubbing disappears without creating another point of contact.
