Vista de Defensa tubular para todoterreno RC a escala 1:12

Tubular bumper for 1:12 scale RC off-road vehicle

The part reproduces a low-platform front bumper and curved tubular railing for a 1:12 scale remote-controlled vehicle. The lower central block acts as a mounting zone, and the three upper sections maintain an open silhouette. The cover installs a single black copy on a generic RC off-road vehicle without emblems. The scene communicates position and scale, but does not certify universal compatibility nor turn the printed plastic into a protection element against heavy impacts. The audited geometry is a closed mesh of approximately 28.95 × 98.79 × 36.30 mm. Before printing, the mountings, the bodywork, and the wheel travel of the actual vehicle must be measured; a small difference can shift the bumper or rub against the suspension. Possible uses. Customize the front of a compatible RC off-road vehicle. Replace a lost decorative bumper after checking mountings. Protect against light scrapes during slow driving. Test paint, priming, and weathering on a scale accessory. Validate position and appearance before manufacturing a more resistant part. Preparation and printing. Compare width, mounting block, and distances with the actual vehicle. Orient the piece so that layer lines do not weaken all tubes in the same direction. Use layers of 0.12–0.20 mm and four perimeters. Prefer PETG or ASA if more toughness is needed than with PLA. Apply localized supports under tubes and the platform without filling gaps. Reduce speed on railings and vertical joints. Drill or rework mountings only after a dry test. Check steering, suspension, and ground clearance before driving. Limits and checks. It is not a structural protection and does not absorb severe impacts. Compatibility depends on the version, tolerances, and modifications of the vehicle. FDM tubes can break when hit or when removing supports. It does not include screws, hardware, or vehicle instructions. ASA and other technical materials require ventilation and an appropriate profile. It must be removed if it limits steering, suspension, or cooling. The local file preserves exclusively the supported 3D files and the new own cover. The image is a photorealistic editorial interpretation based on the audited geometry: it shows the context of use, but does not replace measurements, the slicer preview, a physical fit test, or the instructions of the equipment to which the piece may be associated. Before manufacturing, it is advisable to check scale, units, orientation, supports, toolpath, material, and usage environment. After printing, strings and burrs must be removed, cracks or weak layers checked, and any copy that does not support, fit, or function stably must be discarded.
