A single wall box test cube used to calibrate flow rate for the CR-30 print mill or other print mills. Printing instructions: Layer height: whatever you are targeting Shell count: 1 Top layers: 0 Infill: 0 These settings print the cube with a single outer layer which is then measured for thickness using calipers. To calculate the ideal flow rate: divide the nozzle width by the measured thickness and multiply that by the current flow rate. Example provided by the author: Nozzle: 0.4mm Single wall width: 0.38 (average of the four sides measured with caliper) Current flow rate: 1.05 1.05 * (0.4 / 0.38) = 110.5% <-- new flow rate
