Cabin air filter mount plate for Citybugs (Aygo/C1/107) without AC
A mounting plate designed to install a cabin air filter in Citybugs (Toyota Aygo, Citroen C1, Peugeot 107) models that were not originally equipped with AC. This plate is intended to avoid the difficulty of cutting an accurate hole in the air duct by using the two screw ports and fitting the filter's clips. Installation notes: The author used two 'number 6' x 3/4" countersunk self-tapping screws. Screw holes are 4.6mm in diameter. For an airtight seal, the author suggests applying silicone sealant to the back before installation. Author's Report: The author recommends printing in PETG or another filament unlikely to warp in summer heat.
